Airtime Rates (Calls and Texts)
Domestic rates are per minute for incoming and outgoing calls within Canada from your prepaid Virgin Canada SIM card while you are in Canada. You will be activated under the Anytime plan. If you wish to change your plan, you can do so once you arrive in Canada by calling Virgin Mobile.

Activating Your Service
This service requires registration BEFORE YOU TRAVEL. You will need to provide your invoice number, full name, the city you are traveling to within Canada, arrival date in Canada, 20-digit SIM number and email address. Please consult our User Guide for further details.
Adding Airtime
Your Canada SIM card has been preloaded with a CA$15 call credit, valid for 30 days. Airtime vouchers are available locally in Canada at convenience stores, petrol stations and local Virgin Mobile authorized dealers. These airtime vouchers are available in 4 denominations of Canadian dollars.
The SIM will remain active for a total of 6 months if you do not recharge it. After the 6 months period, the SIM will be recycled and you are required to purchase another SIM card in order to continue using your service. The validity of your recharge depends on the denomination: CA$10, CA$20, CA$30 and CA$40 will be valid for 30 days and CA$100 for 365 days.
